“The protagonist is standing straight in front of the villain, ready to fight, showing that this is the final showdown between the both of them. The evil laugh of the villain shows his confidence, while the posture of the protagonist is one of uncertainty and reluctance in the face of battle. The villain towering over the protagonist gives the impression that their level of power is vastly different. The posture and lower position of the protagonist adds an underdog feeling to him, which fits his situation well. The raised fist by the protagonist shows that he is ready to avenge his father, even though through his posture it is clear that he does not know if he can do it.
His companion is also not present in this piece because ultimately this is a struggle between the protagonist and the villain, and it makes the protagonist seem less supported in his quest.“
