Specialism – Digital Fashion
Kate's Final Major Project explored virtual fashion and contemporary digital techniques, resulting in a short, engaging, and often psychedelic journey for the viewer. Inspired by BALENCIAGA's fashion and environments influenced by Yori, the project also delved into the liminal space aesthetic. This work was a personal endeavor, aimed at creating distinctive personal branding while exploring contemporary digital fashion's ability to evoke emotion and unease, pushing the visual boundaries of cutting-edge fashion.
As the first student to specialize in digital fashion in her Bachelor of Arts degree, Kate demonstrated incredible skill and innovation. The final project offers a personal journey into the unknown, presented through captivating visual storytelling.
