Specialism – Animation
I am a motivated animator with a passion for bringing characters to life. I believe that teamwork and communication are key to achieving beautiful and inspiring projects and promoting creativity. My goal in life is to create something that will inspire others as games and movies have inspired me.
This major project is a show reel using Maya, which is currently the industry standard.
For the showreel, three models will be used.

Three animations will be shown in the show reel to showcase different skills. The first animation is a comparison between bipedal and quadrupedal walk/ run mechanics. Next, an idle animation will show off the models` distinct personality. In the main animation, the model is placed into an environment and interacts with it in a quirky and stylized way as part of a short story.

“The first version had the Raptor jump onto the bed, notice the bounce, and then check his feet, but this motion was not expressive enough, so it was changed to a surprised jump to the side and then checking. This made the intent clearer and more characteristic. .”
